3. SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship

We currently ship across the United Kingdom. We are working toward European shipping and will update this page when it goes live.

Free shipping

UK orders over £75 ship free. For orders under £75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery times

UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, contact us at admin@thecary.co.uk and we will put it right. Please get in touch within 30 days of your order date so we can help effectively.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we will always do our best to help recover a parcel where possible.
